EFT Tapping
A powerful brain rewiring technique, where psychology and modern neuroscience meet ancient wisdom.
What is Tapping?
Tapping, also known as EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), is a powerful and transformative holistic healing method that blends the wisdom of ancient Chinese acupressure with modern psychology.
It’s a simple yet highly effective way to release emotional blocks and stress.

Here’s how it works: You start by focusing on a specific negative emotion—whether it’s a fear, worry, painful memory, or an unresolved issue. As you hold that thought, you gently tap with your fingertips on 9 key meridian points on your body.

By tapping on these energy points while acknowledging the root cause of your distress, you send a calming signal to your brain. This helps you shift from feeling overwhelmed to feeling more relaxed and in control.
Who is it for?
EFT is a natural and safe technique that can be used for a variety of issues. Some of the most common areas where people find tapping helpful include:

Stress and Anxiety: When you feel overwhelmed, tapping can help regulate your nervous system and bring you back to a state of calm.
Phobias and Fears: EFT can reduce the intensity of deep-rooted fears.

Chronic Pain: Since our emotional state can contribute to and even cause physical pain, EFT has been used to address the root cause and relieve discomfort in the body.
Past Trauma and Emotional Blocks: EFT helps release unresolved feelings from past experiences, whether it’s grief, guilt, or resentment.

Boosting Performance: Athletes, speakers, and performers use EFT to overcome performance anxiety and enhance their abilities.

Additionally: in studies tapping is shown to: Alter Brain Activity, Positively influence gene expression, Decrease Resting Heart Rate and Blood Pressure, and Reduce Food Cravings.
What can I expect?
If you're new to tapping, I'm gonna explain it a little bit and then we'll start the first sequence on an issue that you want to work on. The session will be recorded and send to you after our meeting, so you can use it for future reference.
Depending on the shifts you experience and how broad the issue is, we'll dive deep into it or continue with a different topic.

The goal is to teach you the EFT method so you can use it on yourself.

For trauma-related complaints I'd advise to always work wit a therapist (like me).
I want that!
What now?
EFT is part of my toolbox and I use it frequently with my clients, if I think it will benefit them.
